How can you file faster than other services?
We don't batch. Most filing services queue orders and submit in nightly batches. We file the moment our specialist clears your order, often within hours of payment.
What if the state itself is slow?
Some states (like Oregon) take 1-2 weeks to process even rush orders. We submit instantly and email you the state's confirmation the moment it lands.
Do you charge extra for the speed?
No rush fees. Our standard pricing is the fast pricing. We don't have a slow tier.
What's the SLA refund policy?
If we don't submit to the state within one business day of receiving a complete order, we refund our service fee. The state filing fee is non-refundable.
